The stay was excellent. The room service was prompt. The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was quite central and close to transportation and metro system.

Checking in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and clean. There are lots of restaurants and two major department stores nearby (Shinsegae and Lotte). The subway stop is not connected but is in the same block. The only minor issue was the bathroom. The shower curtain was rather short, so the bathroom floor got wet after each shower (which is in the bath tub). This could be easily fixed if they wanted.

Beyond expectations

Arrived hotel past 9 pm, convenience shops available at hotel lobby, nearby restaurants still open…, the room is very spacious for a family of 3, our son enjoyed too! Did not expect that amenities were great!!!

Reasonable for this price.

Good for a few nights. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a makeover. Shower was a bit weak. The staff is friendly and cleaning service decent. In the lobby there is a good Japanese restaurant and two convenient stores for snacks, fruit and drinks.
