"We wanted to stay near Galway but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staying at Lisdonagh House was a dream come true! We had a “home away from home” surrounded by gorgeous views and just 20 miles away from the city. We stayed in “Inisfree”…one of the carriage house apartments. Filled with lovely antique furniture and art and beautifully decorated. We stayed for a week and we looked forward to returning “home” at the end of each day of sight seeing. I hope we are able to visit...

"Tigh Bhrendain is located amidst outstanding scenery and only a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in Connemara. Although nestling in among rock and shrubbery the cottage still has a distant sea view. It was clean and comfortable and Roseanne, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here twice and am already planning my return to this little oasis of peace and tranquility."

"The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "
