「Everything about this hotel was terrific. Except... The rooms have no air conditioning. Just one window that opens slightly. No breeze on a day where temps outside ranged from 53-66. So...miserable sleep experience. Can't even imagine if they had a heat wave.」

「This place was clean, quiet, and safe, and is in a pretty setting near/on estate lands. Very convenient from the highway for access to local tourist spots and Shannon Airport. The hotel is super large and sprawling. It seems to be very popular with young families. At our Expedia rate it was pretty basic in terms of amenities. We took a look at the breakfast, which wasn't included in our rate, and it also seemed basic, so we gave it a pass. Great local bakeries and other spots to choose from...

「Spa works for those staying in the hotel during office hours.!irony when check in time for hotel is 3:00 pm and spa only opens until 4:30 pm with a 20 euros fees.Breakfast room is very busy with limited choices for food. Food not good at all. Rooms have pillows that are very uncomfortable. Don’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel.」

「とにかくオーナーさんがとても親切でした。とてもフレンドリーで、チェックインするや否や、荷物もレセプションホールに置いて、早々とホテル施設の案内をしてくれました。何と言ってもビックリしたのが、ホテルの内に湧水を引き水飲み場を設けているのです。その水がとても美味しくて、部屋のポットを利用して何回も水をくみにいきました。お土産に買っていたアイリッシュウイスキーで水割りにして飲みました。とても美味しかったです。」

「A few items: They double booked me for two rooms. Th ere was no place to put luggage. HAd to leave it open on the floor. A luggage rack would bee nice. The first room was too small. No space for two people traveling. They upgraded us to a handicapped accessible room with more room. However, the shower design made the water run onto the floor and out of the bathroom into the hallway. We cleaned it up with our towels and had to order more. When they delivered the towels, they did not take away...
