「The room was clean and we got a nice view since we got a room on the top floor. The friendly staff provided great costumer service. I was a bit disappointed that the inside pool wasn't a bit warmer in temperature to swim in. The hot tub was really nice though. The hotel food is decent. It surprised me they didn't have the little liquid coffee creamers or honey packets for convenience, only half and half, sugar, splenda, and powdered non dairy creamer. 」
「A refreshing place to come to after a day of travel or work. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful kitchenette, local tavern across the street for dinner, some very nice breakfast options as part of the stay. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft, absolutely comfortable (and I am hard to please when it comes to mattresses). 」

「The staff was very helpful. For some reason they had not received my reservation from Hotels.com. It was confirmed to me in the morning but when I arrived 8 hours later they had no record. The staff was very helpful and got me a room and said they would correct the error with Hotels.com. What could have been a disaster they worked to make this a positive experience.
