「This is a hotel in an old building that has been thoughly renovated. Easy walk to ships and central but in a Spanish area not a tourist area. About five tapas bars within one block walk. About two blocks to ocean front walk. The unit we had for six weeks was a one bedroom apartment. Kitchen facilities very small, but good shower and bed. I really liked this place.」

「そのため、何処に行くにも便利。アパートホテルで、台所設備は整っている。宿泊時、古い建物を改装してから７ヶ月とのことで綺麗だが、にも関わらず、壁の汚れたところを塗っていたなど、美観に気を遣っている。問題は、係員は親切だが午後７時に居なくなり、１１時に出勤する点、問題が発生した場合の対処が気になった。問題あれば携帯に電話せよとのことだったが、日本人には困難であろう。」

「What great appartments which really undersell themselves. They have far more internal equipment than listed and key for us was the washing machine which meant we could clean all our holiday clothing up to that stay and during our 4 night stay. The rooms are spacious and you really get a home from home feel therein, much more relaxing than hotel rooms. They are located in amongst the maze of pretty side streets which make up Cadiz and are close to many bars and restaurants. It is a short walk...

「After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. There is not a freezer as described. The attachment to hold the shower head was broken...

「Very clean and convenient, had all we needed with a nice decor and convenient indoors parking. I would have liked newer fuller pillows, we had only two fairly flat ones. One thing I pointed out to the management company was the dangers of the faucet in the bathroom. If you don't pay attention you could hurt your eye with it. She was very pleased I brought that up and said she would address the issue. Lovely place and people. 」

「25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken...

「Desde el principio Alejandro ha sido super atento en cualquier duda que hemos tenido. Tanto antes de llegar, como durante nuestra estancia. Con respecto a las instalaciones están muy bien, mejor que en las fotografias. Si que es cierto que esta todo muy neutro con respecto a la decoración, es un edificio fantastico, así como los apartamentos y no se le esta sacando todo el potencial que tiene. Dar algun toque de color en los apartamentos y en la recepción incrementaría aún más el valor y tambien...

Un día antes de nuestro viaje se comunicaron con nosotros para darnos indicaciones para el check-in Estuvieron pendientes de nuestra hora de llegada El apartamento muy espacioso, limpio y con todas las facilidades y amenities que pudiéramos necesitar. Yo trabajo como recepcionista de hotel y digo con conocimiento que son un 10 Sin duda al volver a Chipiona esta será nuestra casa. 」
