「It's a nice hotel in a good location, but the gym is lacking, with nearly all cable machine attachments missing. Also the breakfast is of a very poor standard the small hot food offering they offer is just left to go cold on plates on the side. 」

「4th time staying at the hotel which provides great service for the mazarron area. Hotel was busy as Bank Holiday in Spain - they do now charge for parking at a very pricey 10 euros per day. Stayed half board the food choice was a little repetitive but was always fresh and well presneted」

「I stayed at the Universal for 11 nights. My room was clean, the sheets and blankets as good as new, and attended to every day. It was quiet with no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a reasonable hour. The staff were all friendly, helpful and simpatico. The hotel is in an excellent location about 8 minutes walk to the Cathedral the heart of historic Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return.」

「Este hotel es perfecto y estas de paso por Murcia, es tranquilo, zona para dejar el coche sin problemas. La critica la haría en que falta un poco mas de mantenimiento, como por ejemplo que la puerta del lavabo estaba muy deteriorada en la parte baja, por lo demás lo recomendaría sin problemas. Nosotros es la segunda vez que hemos estado.」

Eventually hotel website insist there are hotel free parking but in reality there wasn’t. Unfamiliar place and new to travelers, unfriendly and insufficient support by hotel website. Regards Service level, bit disappointed. 」

「Very good location, near the beach and sea promenade, cafes. Attentive staff. We got a free upgrade to a larger room and were able to park our car in front of the hotel. I'll come back.」

「We upgraded our room as we got there and hit pool was shut so we got a private pool which was fabulous! Few minor misses from the cleaner. Bath water wasn’t very hot which was a shame as it was a fantastic bath! Overall we had a great stay! 」

「市街地と大学を結ぶ最新のトラムが走っており、料金も安く便利であるが、周りにレストランはない。しかし、ホテルのレストランで昼食も夕食も割安で食べられる。部屋は清潔で広い。唯一の問題は各階に設置されているアクセスポイントから接続するFree Wifiが非常に遅い。１階ロビーでは日本のホテル環境よりやや遅い感じだが、何とか使えた。」
