The hotel is fabulous. The room, pool, reception and breakfast were great and I would highly recommend. However, the restaurant in the evening was very poor and really let down an excellent hotel. The food was poor, often overcooked or just tinned food, the staff looked as though they ignored people until they had no choice. Often main courses were served before starter’s removed or finished. We have been three times in the last three months and the menu has not changed.

The cleaning staff were very nice and efficient. The breakfast was lovely once we found the cereal ( it was in a cupboard shelf away from everything else) it took us 3 days, wasn’t totally keen on the cooked breakfast rather piled up and sat for a long time. The entertainment unfortunately was not for us obviously directed towards children our fault for booking in school holidays. The evening meal choice was a bit restricted our family who joined us for a meal did not think the service was particularly good having said that the staff were lovely

Large well appointed hotel on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Spacious clean, very large rooms with large bathrooms. Close to all facilities and the restaurants and bars on the strip.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were helpful and attentive. We did have some issues with air conditioning in the room which we were told was being sorted but were unfortunately not during our stay meaning that our room was very warm at night due to the hot weather.
