「The breakfast was great !」

「Everything met our expectations.」

「The morning breakfast host (Justin) was exceptionally personable. He made the start of our day up lifting. He ensured there was always hot fresh coffee and the trays were well supplied. 「Nice bed and pillows. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fine and attendant was very nice and welcoming. Check in and check out attendants were nice and welcoming. TV was good. Also, I expected the room to be cleaned, bedroom refreshed and old towels picked up and new towels provided. I refuse to get in...

「駐車場も広く、ゆったり過ごせます」

「Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.」
