「Great stay! Very clean. So close to everything I needed to do in Owosso. Just a side-note: if you require an elevator or handicap accommodations…it’s on the 2nd floor so stairs are involved due to no elevator. Not a huge negative for me but I do travel from Metro Detroit for neurologist appointments at Memorial. You will NOT regret when booking here!!」

「This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean and beautiful. I LOVED the adorable decor that made us feel like we could live in this space! I was surprised that the noise level from the street outside was barely noticeable once inside. The only things I would suggest to make it better would be to add remote control blinds that come down from the ceiling in the main living space to help allow the option of privacy from passers by on the street and to invest in a good quality water softener...

Gave detail instructions from the time we arrived to the day we left.We couldn’t get the coffee maker to work and he had a new one the next morning! Us coffee lovers gave him 5 stars for that! Highly recommend Joshua!」

「Excellent location between Frankenmuth and Birch Run. Adorable cottage cabin with farmhouse decor. Water has NO well water taste or smell. It ran clear quickly! A bit of toothpaste left behind on a towel and towels hanging on bar were damp when we arrived. The makeup rag was dirty, and makeup colors ran from the rag into the sink when I ran it under warm water to use it. The bedding was crisp, clean and comfortable though. Vrbo was fantastic to work with!」

「There were plenty of rooms for everyone and lots of space. We ended up 20 people of all ages and had plenty of room. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room upstairs. Just know that the kitchen is not set up for a lot of cooking. We brought prepared meals, but I know there are catering options. Thankfully there is plenty of refrigerator space. 」

We sat outside most nights in the fire pit area or on the deck. I was able to cook meals with pot/pan in kitchen. Bathroom and amenities were great. No complaints!!!!! Love this place!」

「For the reasons we needed to rent, we did not get to utilize everything the house has to offer. But it was very nice with space for everyone, plenty of parking, dog friendly, so many fun things for kids, and of course the hot tub. We will hopefully be back in the near future and make better use of everything the house has to offer.」

The details in the decor are amazing. As far as functionality, this house is spacious, comfortable, and peaceful.
