Up stairs on the 2nd floor you are welcomed with the open spacious living room with luxury chandeliers, a 25’ custom built shiplap gas fireplace, large 70” motorized flat screen TV, plush recliner chairs and a lush large sofa. The living room invites a large group to enjoy the relaxation and warmth of this home away from home. If you like to entertain outside, then relax and enjoy your private terrace. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, while providing ample parking for your favorite people. You will have 2 assigned parking spots in front of the house. There is a large gas grill on the first floor for cooking outside or if you find yourself in the mood for adventure, you'll have no shortage of gulf-to-table dining and shopping.
