The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Bay Tree A910, tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. Tile floors, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area, stackable washer/dryer. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Bedrooms are accessed by an interior spiral staircase. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
