「Everything was nice and clean. Check in process was very easy. Loved the backyard area. My family enjoyed it and we will be booking here for future trips.」

「Beautiful property inside and out! The living area was bigger in person than the photos showed. We enjoyed the pool are and noticed how quiet it was inside even with a lot of people and music in the pool area. Host was as very quick to respond to texts, we will definitely return if we are back in the area!」

「We had a great time. The home had all the space and little extras we needed. We had a hiccup with the dryer but it was replaced. Overall great place. Would def stay again.」

「Great place to stay when visiting Corpus Christi. It’s a bit further from the beaches but still can get to the island and the city in reasonable time. Nice quiet location. Great view of the bay. Had a blast watching gulls and cranes grabbing their breakfast fish. Spence is a great host. Very responsive. Provides a ton of information, both before arrival and during stay, to guests about Corpus about things to see and do in the area. Thank you, Spence for a relaxing stay!」

「We had an excellent stay. The place was super clean and had pots, pans, etx. For cooking. The bed was really comfortable. There was an issue with our initial cottage having a brokent AC, but before we'd even arrived, the management made plans to get us into another unit with no issues and with a similar location to the amenities we wanted.Overall, we had a great time and we would defin9ty stay again.」

「Location was great with easy walk to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. The property was nice but in need of some maintenance updates. Pool is not heated so it was chilly in February for use. 」

「Place was spectacular!!!! Hard to get me off the beach, but that deck and view did it every evening.」
