"The Alice hotel is an oasis for the road tripper. Although a motel, thus is a serious structure with concrete floors and cinder block walls. Our room did not face the highway but although I am a very light sleeper, I did not hear a noise from neighbors or traffic. That was without using the supplied earplugs. The rooms have been gut-renovated with a Palm Springs boutique vibe. They are still working on some items.
