"The hotel overall was a nice stay. The only reason 4 stars our room was not as clean as I would like walking in. There was leftover food in the frig and a used washcloth in the shower. The beds were fresh but it just shows lack of attention to details and if they missed that what else did they not clean. Overall our stay was great."

"The home is three levels - so lots of stairs. But there is room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the amenities. Lots of decks and outside sitting. The inlet is great for ocean access. The pool is perfect for the non stop swimming when you're not at the beach, and the playground is good for the kids. The house has a lot to offer! Game room, large kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Not so sure about Marco Island for a family vacation again though. We were constantly reminded by Florida people that noise in Marco Island is strictly forbidden and they have sound detection machines everywhere including this home to make sure no one exceeds the limits. The beaches are packed, parking is a nightmare and parking anywhere except where designated will get you towed or a 100 ticket. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway - not blocking sidewalks or another ticket. Marco Island is full of rich old grumpy people who don't want anyone to visit their city. The younger generation that worked at stores, restaurants, hotels, etc., were all very sweet and helpful always! We did go to JW Marriott and pay for parking and beach use two days, it was the best way to avoid more tickets. So the house is awesome, and Omar is a great owner! Just too quiet of a city for my family."
