"No Ocean View and that is the biggest problem. I booked this room for a sea view but the booking options are misleading. I booked the" Superior Balcony" which would mean the best balcony out of all of the balcony rooms. However, mine was the only one facing the street. The room should clearly state "Balcony City View" or "Garden View" like most other hotels disclose. I asked to change rooms and they said that was not possible because the 2nd night was booked. Even though it showed available rooms on Hotels com. I also messaged the hotel and received no response. I paid extra money to stay here for a relaxing experience and it was far from that. Power was off when I arrived and couldn't charge my phone. Front desk person fixed the breaker. I later returned to the room and my phone died due to power being out. I could not enter the property because they give you a code instead of a key and I could not get code from phone that had no battery. Also, before I arrived I messaged the property where to pick up parking ticket and no one responded. So when I went to check in I carried my bags down to the lower street where Google maps identifies the entrance to the property. I then asked a store clerk and they informed me entrance was upstairs. So I had to carry me my bags back up. Overall, a bad experience and no communication from property manager or owner. Lastly, this morning the shower would not work. Will not stay there again. "

"This is a small boutique hotel with a perfect location and great staff. Our room was a twin sea view that was perfect. We would come back here if visiting cascais. I imagine it is very busy in season but we enjoyed our stay. Staff was great and highly recommend this hotel. You can not beat the location and views. "

"The room was very clean and had a great view. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day but a lot of choices were offered. LOVED the pool area!"

"Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and recently given a cosmetic refresh. I.e. new carpeting, painted, new cabinetry. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of an update, particularly the plumbing. Shower water pressure is a bit weak, and tends to jump from cold to hot easily. Breakfast is sufficient, it has enough variety that can be expected for a small hotel. Well located centrally, close to many restaurants, walking distance from train station and to Ribeira beach and walking promenade. Noise from nearby night club is a bit bothersome, it operates from 11 pm to 6 am, so street noise is to be expected. I’ve stayed here several times and would stay again."
