My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your Eagle cabin. It was a relief not having to hear trains at night as was the case with our stays in Index and Cashmere. I would have placed your cabins nearer the road with a view of Mount Baker. It also would have been more personal had we been able to meet someone either checking in or out.
We had a wonderful time staying here! The pictures of the listing really don’t do it justice, this property is attached to a whole entire farm and gorgeous Mountain View of Mount Baker and the surrounding mountains. Check in process was very easy and the people working the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and willing to offer tips and indicate where you’d find the various wildlife and farm animals on the property such as their horse champ! We got our keys and instructions on how to get to our cabin. Once we drove out to our cabin, the eagle one, we passed by a gorgeous view of a ton of cows and animals… And the mountains! The cabin itself was very clean, well decorated and maintained, and overall a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the little decorating touches and comfort. The owners clearly treat this place with a lot of care and love. The deck was insane – my boyfriend loved sitting out there in the mornings and looking at the view of the field wildlife and mountains. We got to see a couple deer and birds running around, which was very cool and it was such a pleasant surprise to be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy that after a long day of hiking.
