「We arrived for our stay minutes before having to leave for our event. The staff we met at the front desk were amazing! The best part of the whole stay actually. We came back from our event around midnight and requested an extra blanket. The gentleman at the front desk was busy on his phone and said that he would look but they were fully booked. 「I don’t think our bath tub was cleaned and we did not have shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We had to ask at the front desk. 」

「Great place! Awesome lounging area,good continental breakfast, gave us a free happy hour with beer wine and snacks, clean nice rooms, and the porter creek restaurant there is top notch. 」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」
