「I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. 「Well maintained, quiet hotel. Breakfast is better than some in Ukiah. Recommended for the cost conscious.」

「I checked into my room at 8:30p, the desk clerk gave me the key and said they were leaving. I went to the room and the HVAC unit was in front of the room on the ground, it wasnt terribly cold but there was a hole in the wall now. a technician came to the room at 9:30pm to install the new hvac, I made him leave at 10.」

「Decent place to sleep but that’s it. Toilet was broken and wobbled. Sink was broken and didn’t drain. It was ok but I won’t go there again.」

「Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. 」

「This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling.」
