Excellent location near restaurants, Union Sq and the BART /Muni. Curtis gave great service at check-in and recommended very good restaurants. We will surely return on our next visit to SF."

"Great view. Center of restaurants, shopping and stores for food and essentials. Also lots of parking options. But Chandler does have its own recommended parking garage. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel Nikko is near tenderloin so be careful walking around at night. The room we got had a Bluetooth speaker in it so that alone would make me inclined to book again. The staff were really nice. The lobby looks clean and modern. It’s a bit dusty in the rooms which caused a lot of allergies but otherwise good stay. "

"The hotel staff was so welcoming and took extra care of our two children by bringing surprise cookies and milk to the room, kid size spa robes and slippers and gifts upon checkout. The food at Astra was delicious and the indoor pool was so much fun. "

"Parking is in the Westin Garage $50 a day and is valet. Elevator was being renovated when I was there but worked and was fine. Room was spacious and very trendy. Staff was helpful and friendly. Blackout shade really works! "
