「Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.」

「The staff was amazing but Casa Marroqui was terrible especially room #8. The balcony of room 8 opened on a view of huge trash bins, I was not able to open the balcony because flies come in and when the garbage truck came to collect trash, it idled very noisily for almost half an hour. I asked to be moved to a different room. They were responsive and moved me to hotel Maruchi. It was better but the room was very small with no balcony. I payed for a room with a balcony but at Maruchi, I didn't get...

「The hotel and staff were excellent! I totally appreciated the Moroccan influences in the hotel details (lighting fixtures, the bathroom mirror frame, the sink, etc.). Gave it a really nice ambiance! Check-in and check-out were very simple. The location was great and very close to all the great dining, museums, and more of the Casco area!」

「Me gustó mucho la limpieza de la habitación, la cama y su seguridad」

「The location was great, amenities were limited but not exactly needed since the location was so good.Definitely one or two people. The stairs were very tricky to scale especially in the late nights or early mornings, so a word of caution. The most disappointing part of the stay was the a/c. With the heat and level of humidity , it didn’t make the stay as comfortable as we were hoping for.」

「Exactly as presented in listing, great easy atep-by-step check in instructions, easy check out with a helpful later (noon) check out time, and great location by two plazas, restaurants, and shopping. Saved for future trips as will stay here again. ¡Nos vemos pronto!」
