Pike's Waterfront Lodge
really enjoyed this hotel. this is not for those who enjoy the sparkling amenities of big name hotels. The room is old and you can tell but it is cozy and charming. recommend bringing some air freshener for the space to sit somewhere in room as the smell is not bad but it smells older and has that ...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fairbanks Airport
The room was good, the reception lady gave us a fright when she mentioned our room was booked for next day as we were checking in at 2am. But then we had to explain her and hen she realized that we had booked for 2 nights 😅.

Star-Shaped Midcentury Modern Aurora Retreat + Hot Tub + Game Room
Excellet little hidden Gem. We love to do staycations pretty regularly, it helps everyone connect as a foster family. They have all said they just want to keep coming back here. Only minor downside would be the heat is a little hard to regulate in parts but thats pretty common up here at -20 :)

7 Gables Inn & Suites
Staff was great and very kind, we were able to check in early which was so helpful in the cold. It was perfect for what we needed, cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of snow capped trees.

Sophie Station Suites
Large suites with plenty of outlets and appliances. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was fairly limited but the little burritos were yummy.
