"My room was filthy. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk manager, she was with a customer and she’ll get back to me but never did. I had to call back to the desk. My shower had hair in it, hair was on the top of the door leading out the bathroom, the shower head was filthy and the shower floors was nasty. The air conditioner was filthy and had dirt on it. The shades didn’t open. I don’t think that room had been cleaned in months. When I finally got the manager, she told me she was booked and didn’t have another room but she could try in find me one or cancel my room, she even asked me for my personal cell number as if the hotel room phone didn’t work, I didn’t give her my number. She hung up and when she called the room back she told me to come with my things to the front desk. When I got there she told me she was loving me to another room. When I got to the new room given, it too was filthy and smell strongly like bleach, the carpet needed vacuuming, hair was in the bed and the side tables were nasty. I went back down to the front desk and told the guy that was there, they could cancel my room that I was leaving, the front desk manager came up and ask what was going on, I told her. The guy that was there was going to cancel my room but the front desk manager stopped him and said she would take care of it but charged me the room anyway. Now the manager will not face me. Give me my money back, I left, didn’t stay in those nasty rooms. I got pictures"

"I paid $320 for 3 nights for the hotel. I checked into the hotel at 10PM and checked out at 11PM, letting go of my money. Where do I start? It was a terrible place. Sticky/greasy floors , dirty furniture, chairs with all kinds of stains etc.. I did not even bother entering the bathroom. When I was returning the keys, they did not even bother asking what the problem was and how they can rectify it. Horrible experience!"

"We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat."

"It’s a little ran down and feels dirty. You are able to purchase what ever you want from the room. You just take it and they will charge it to your room. Only problem is, when we got to our room there was only ONE towel(those are available to purchase for $11). I went to the front desk to tell them and they said that they were aware and would send one up. It never came, so now I’m expecting to see an additional $11 charge on my credit card…"

"Check in and out was fast. The hotel is outdated. No continental breakfast. There was no toilet paper when we first got to the room had to ask for that. The restaurants were good"
