「Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.」

「There was 5 rooms booked for a conference all individually. The rooms were good size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was small but adequate for our needs. It was very clean and staff kept up with making sure there was food in the warming trays . All in all a very pleasant few days and would recommend anyone to stay there.」

「We arrived late and had been driving all day. The phone in the room started ringing and would not stop. We had to unplug it. The air conditioner kept making a loud noise and did not work well. We had to shut it off in the middle of the night because it kept waking us up. We had another long day of driving and we had a rough nights sleep. If it wasn’t 2am we would have requested another room.」

「A little gem— not too far from Ole Miss but there’s nothing to do in the town— but the Inn Is everything you want in a historic home! Adorable- our room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom was too! Staff made us a great breakfast— true southern hospitality. Will definitely stay there again」
