「We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

「I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be...

「Never ever go on the weekend UGA plays Florida. Horrible. The smell of weed would make a dead man high. Thin walls. The view from the balcony was of the back of buildings. Only one roll of toilet paper… and it was not a full roll. The elevator was out of order on the day of check out. It was awful trying to get all my things down several flights of stairs… several times up and down. How was I alerted to the elevator situation? A hand written sign on printer paper taped to the elevator...

「This property was in a great location, we were able to walk around the whole entire historic district and find lots of great shopping and restaurants. The location really was key since we didn’t have a car. For the one trip we took to a restaurant out of the historic district we were able to quickly get an Uber. The front desk employees were super friendly and welcoming. Our trip to Savannah was great!」

「Found a hidden gem in the heart of the historic district! Southern charm and modern amenities in our impeccably decorated room. This boutique hotel is only a 6-10 minute walk from all the major attractions in Savannah. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.」

「Beautiful room and very pleased! We will definitely stay here again!」

「Excellent facility and wonderful staff. Will stay here again soon hopefully.」

「Great room. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A stone's throw from the river walk, great restaurants, and within walking distance of main attractions. Staff was great as was the complimentary breakfast and social hour.」

「After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access.」

「Everything was fantastic at this property!!!」
