「This is our 2nd year at this property. We were in town for the Gaither Family Fest at Gatlinburg Convention Center. Quiet and not too far from Interstate. Easy access to the Smokie mountain national park which we enjoyed so very much.」

「We had to add our dogs last min and the host was great at communicating. Great place for pets. If you have large dogs the fenced area behind the house is to small but overall great place for your fur babies.」

「Heater worked well. 29 steps were difficult to navigate to the unit, particularly at night. Close to downtown and Biltmore Mansion. Enjoyed our stay. 」

「The property had all items needed. You can only fill the tub half full before the hot water turns cold (hot water tank is not big enough). You cannot control your own heat/air, you have to contact property manager to control it for you. We enjoyed our time here and would rent again. 」
