"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. The welcome pack was much appreciated and Chris could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. I loved the upside down style and it did not affect the views. "Breakfast exerlent, but the shower in third floor room 300 was very poor, no water pressure and took minutes to come warmish, also a broken window, only one that probably might open, I didn't dare try it, sea view beautiful?, I don't like to complain,but staff can see a broken window."

"We had such a lovely stay at this Hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up right in front of the pier made the whole trip feel extra special. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Parking was full when we arrived, but one of the staff kindly offered us his own parking space, which we truly appreciated. That level of kindness and customer service made a big difference. Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked well. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay at all. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!"
