「Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay.」

「Location is good, overnight parking is iffy, but finable. I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes.」

「The app to let us in was never set up properly, so we had to use a keypad code. Not a big deal. We arrived in VA on a 10am flight, and could not store our luggage at the building anywhere. So for the first day, until 4pm, we dragged our luggage all over DC. They have a building front desk person, and a room behind the front desk. We were surprised that they offered no luggage storage in that room for a few hours. Only 2 towels, and no wash clothes. Had I known, I'd have packed wash clothes. Nice...

「Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.」

「Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night.」

「It was a clean, comfortable space in a residential area, just blocks from downtown. We prepared some of our meals there in the kitchen and enjoyed some of the restaurants a couple of blocks away.」
