「The house is and very nice upgraded older home. We had a heating issue when we first got here. We were able to talk to the hosts and they were on it. They are excellent hosts and we stayed warm. We got to enjoy some snow too. The house is very nice and it has a nice big backyard which is great for kids and dogs. Very dog friendly, has a nice dog bed, bowls and a toy. 「This property is truly a hidden gem! Small and unassuming on the outside, but beautiful on the inside! The layout is perfect if you have a group and want to do something small. We had dinner and game night and this was the perfect place. The rooms were wonderful and had plenty of space. Two perfect areas for everyone to congregate without feeling crowded. 「We were in town for a concert at the Lenovo center and this house was a great place to rest our heads after the show. The neighborhood was great, quiet and charming. Street parking was plentiful and the area felt very safe. The house was well stocked, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. And I of course, loved all the greenery surrounding the home. I would definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Raleigh.」

「I brought my family to Raleigh for our children’s spring break (ages 10, 2, 4 months). The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop grill and dining area was a hit, with wonderful views of downtown. We initially selected this house because of the EV charging capability in the garage.
