「Clean room and friendly staff」

「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed.. Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well) And the bathroom...

「Staff was great and very helpful. Our room was nice size, the beds were comfortable. The floor was a little dirty by the window. In the bathroom, the toilet flushed; just needed to be held down longer than usual. Breakfast was good; good variety. 」

「I stayed to attend a conference at the convention center. I arrived early due to a flight, but Jamie at the front desk greeted me with a pretty smile and arranged for an early check-in. The breakfast every morning was perfect in taste and quality, and the kickback in the evening was nothing short of a surprise. It's amazing, every night can drink Abita Amber! We had a very comfortable stay, with a problem with the air conditioner that happened to be fixed immediately, and the room being cleaned...
