"This is a run down property"

"Nice large room with separate seating area. Everything worked. Heater was a bit over enthusiastic but worked well. Breakfast was basic, but its free which is great. Good place to put your head down while passing through or visiting the area"

"Area was beautiful. Our mattress, comforter and pillows were all lumpy and uncomfortable. Food and drinks were insanely high. One white russian $22 before the tip. Price gauging ruins any trip yet people must pay it. Check-in at 4 pm is really late. We travel often and it’s never been so late. Overall it was disappointing. "

"Breakfast had a lot of options! We were running late and came down around closing time, they had cleaned things up but still had everything availabile and warm and no one rushed us out. Alexis and Zach were our front desk staff during our stay and honestly was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Thanks for a great stay!"

We had initially booked our stay at another property -- our property manager reached out the day prior to check-in to inform us of something at the home that had broken and would not be available to us during our stay. In hearing what an important feature this was to our family, they quickly offered to transfer us to another property with that same amenity and a true upgrade from our initial property. We felt incredibly cared for and the property management group was top notch with their communication, professionalism and kindness!"
