「The staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite. The area is nice and quiet, with several places to eat within walking distance.」

「Very professional, very clean. Breakfast was included and had hot and cold food options. Eggs, omelets, bacon or sausages depending on the day. Lots of close ammenities. Pool hours were sunrise to sunset so fluctuated depending who was working so sometimes 9pm close sometimes 930 or 10pm. So that was hard to plan. But would book again. 30 minutes to parks on back roads with no traffic. 」

「元日にかけて宿泊したのですが、夜中にトイレが詰まり、フロントに電話をしたところ、今日は他に人がいないから対応できない。自分ですっぽんを使ってどうにかしてくれとの対応。それだけでもひどいのに、フロントまで取りに来いだの、他に部屋がないとのこと…　とはいえ、仕方ないのでやってみると、今度は水があふれだし、部屋が水浸しに…　さすがに来てもらったが、自分は何もできないから明日、マネージャーに言ってくれの一点張り。子供もいたので他のホテルの部屋でも探してくれと言い続けると、なぜか、同じホテルの他の部屋が空いてると、ポケットから鍵が出てくる…。仕方なく部屋を移動するが、ワンベッド。家族4人でエキストラベッドもない。仕方ないので4人でこの部屋に。とにかく、対応がひどすぎる。返金してもらったが、それだけではないと思う。アメリカのサービスにしてもひどすぎる。　Bathroom problem in middle of night but no kind staff to help us. 「設備は若干古さを感じるが、清潔で雰囲気が良い。 お湯の出が少し弱いが問題ないレベル。 朝食はハンバーグ、スクランブルエッグ、パン、ベーグル等標準的。 空港までは車で7分程度でアクセス良好だった。シャトルバスあり。」
