「The 2 bedroom/1bath condo worked perfectly for our stay. It was centrally located, off a road that had both a nature trail and/or sidewalks to take a morning/afternoon walk. The condos bathroom was Jack and Jill in style, and the bedrooms were nice and cozy, with the laundry being a bonus! 「This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out.」

「Pleasantly surprised with the place once we went inside. Was great for a quick 1 night trip. Few details that could be better.. air filters need cleaned as they were coated in dust. And the shower door wasn't hung right so it leaks all over the bathroom floor」

「Great place as pictured and described! There was easy free parking (and lots of parking no matter the time), small amount of steps to get into the building, easy check in. There was a full kitchen and fridge and we were able to cook and bake some meals and store them. The towels and toilet paper were really soft! The bed was very comfortable. It was a 10 minute walk to the Raleigh convention center. The place is a little bit older but still good! Would absolutely stay again! 」

「We loved staying at this condo. I was very convenient to the conference we were attending at the convention center. Our host provided a very helpful list of all the places to eat and let us know about the wonderful co-op grocery store just a block or two away. We had everything we needed. Perfect! 「Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by. 」

「We stayed at this property for a month. We think probably it would be a better place for shorter overnight/1-2 night stays. The kitchen is very well equipped but it is very small making cooking hard. The property could do with a big update as the appliances are very old. I was nervous using the oven due to its age. Some of the furnishings in the living area are clearly old and one of the cushions even appeared a bit mouldy. The bedroom was great with good bedding and bed, and great wardrobe and...

「This was all around a great experience. The check-in process was so easy and getting in and out of the property was effortless. The room itself has its own code lock making it extra secure. Even though there are other people in the house the room is very private. All the other tenants were very friendly and loved their stay as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cost-effective way to stay in a very new house in a very nice area of Raleigh.」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. The building was safe and luxurious. The key code did not work to unlock the building but I go in with another resident. The key fob in the room stopped working 4 days into my stay. Other than that hiccup, it was a great place to stay. I had to get used to texting to get help but it is a great location, central to lots of restaurants and near the college. 」
