「スタッフのきちんとした対応が良かった。バルコニーからの眺めがすばらしく湖の向こう側に沈む夕日がとてもきれいだった。COOP、スポーツ用品、本屋、土産物屋、などが近く便利。ゴンドラの駅も近く、気軽に山歩きが楽しめる。四つ星の安心感を裏切らないホテルだった。」

「The restaurant in the hotel is really good! The hotel is just few meters from town! Right in front of the lake. And convenient if you’re passing through for 1 night. Rooms and breakfast are ok, nothing spectacular. But we will stay here again. Nothing to complain.」

「Bra hotel med lång historia i härlig liten by i dalarna mellan bergstopparna. Vi var på genomresa mitt sommaren för att kolla vinterns utbud i Dolomiterna men blev kvar flera nätter för vi trivdes mycket bra. God mat trevlig och hjälpsam personal stora rum anpassade för familjer. Hade planerat att bo i Alleghe vid sjön men detta var betydligt mer prisvärt! Vi kan rekommendera detta hotel till alla utom partyfolket. Det finns nåt hotel till en pizzeria skidshop sportbutik någon affär en...

「Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day」

「ＶＩＰ待遇は、とても許せない。価格の意味がまるでない。 レストランがあったので、食事ができるかと思えば、朝食だけ。はっきり書いてほしい。 近くのピザも美味しくなかった。 景色もまるで良くなくて、地図のイメージとまるで違い、ショック。 部屋はきれいだけど。 朝食に卵もないし、野菜もないし、楽しくない朝食でした。 せっかくのイタリア旅行に暗い影ができました。」
