"Well what can i say,i booked this hotel through Expedia and Hotels.com,i put in i needed parking and breakfast,booked it,i turned up and i was driving a 7.5 ton truck,the hotel manager Tony ran out to me ranting and raving at me saying i cant park on his car park as the size of my truck and i should of read the terms and conditions,his attitude and actions were absolutely disgusting,i said the was nothing on the terms and conditions saying i couldnt stay,as it turns out Expedia didnt send me the terms and conditions, so i had to look for alternative accommodation to which i found,i asked the manager Tony,Expedia,and Hotel.com for a refund to which they all refused,in my opinion,Tony just wants to take money off tourists and looks down on the workers of this great country and the way i was treated was dugusted,i hope this helps you if your thinking of staying here"

"Very helpful staff. Clean room, corridors and foyer area. Room was really spacious, comfy bed, good layout. Only negative would be parking, very limited, struggled to park one night, was told only 60 spaces, which are chargeable, for over 500 guests. No suggestion of anywhere else to park, so had to sit waiting for someone to leave."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. I find the beds are very comfy. Always have a good night's sleep. Each time I have stayed here it has been very quiet at night, no noise from other residents which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities to use. Nice restaurant and good food. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Man the receptionist. Most of the time your staff are somewhere else, even mid of the day, no one answers the phone!"

"Our first stay; able to park underground on a Sunday so happy to pay for parking which felt very secure. Staff extremely helpful in ensuring that we took the correct route out of Swindon when leaving. Duty manager on our check in date helped us find a local pub for the Sunday football. He also provided a place to store luggage in the meantime. Good breakfast before we set off"

"A large, comfortable and beautiful room with an immaculate bathroom, in a convenient location, for the price of a much more basic brand. Usual gripe that in a family room for 4, they only give you two of everything (cups, bath towels), and that the pub is expensive (£4.20 for a soft drink, £7 for a beer etc), so the savings are offset at dinner."
