"Everything was outstanding in terms of facilities. The room was comfortable, warm and fantastic. The pool area was brilliant. The big let down for us was the staff. The reception staff were outstanding. The restaurant staff were extremely poor. No care or attention. The spa staff were rude and uncaring. "

"Great stay in Leeds - very central and a few mins walk from the Train Station, into town. We had a one bed apartment and when we arrived there was water, crisps, biscuits, and then they have an honesty bar downstairs - along with free bread and eggs. Kitchen well apointed and comfy sofa/tv in living room. Was a good remote working spot. Bed also comfy. Staff really friendly. highly recommend."
