"This place was incredibly spacious, I stayed with three families as we were driving through to Bryce Canyon. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which I always appreciate. We were warmly welcomed upon entering to a nice cold running AC and a beautiful pool table that we spent the night enjoying. My favorite part of the house was the giant shower, it was very refreshing after a long drive. We actually decided to try to extend the stay but the house was already booked the next day. Overall 10/10."
"Great midpoint between Vegas and Boulder City. Easy access to major roadways, grocers and eating/drinking establishments within 5 minutes drive. Older, quiet neighborhood. House was great for our 1 week stay with our medium dog. Back yard fenced and was good for some playtime and there are several good dog parks with shade in the area as well. Indoor and outdoor shaded eating/seating.House was secure and had essentials with large fridge if you plan on cooking. Easily accommodates 4 adults comfortably, 6 would feel a bit crowded in common area I think, unless other two are children. Bedrooms are roomy. All beds are spring mattresses, none were firm. So if you need firm, I'd check with host on options. Great water pressure. Toilets were ADA height in bedroom en suite and main seemed to be a comfort height, which is 1" taller than a standard height. This may be challenging for smaller children.Overall we enjoyed our time here, host communicated well. We would stay here again. "

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We live locally and booked this stay for some end of the summer pool fun. We didn’t even need to leave the house once in 4 nights, but it is close to the strip and would be very convenient for out of towners! The pool was amazing and clean! The kitchen has everything you need and the showers are lovely! Easy access to the back yard everything was very cozy. The bonus casita on the property was perfect and so cool! Plenty of space for a large family or 2 even families. The entire place was extremely clean!! I wish I would have taken photos to share but we were so caught up in swimming it slipped my mind! Beautiful views from the backyard and upstairs rooms as well! The host was truly amazing and quick to respond! Very safe feeling neighborhood as well :) . We would definitely book again!"
