As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. "We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase"

"Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! I would definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!"
