「Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. 「着いた瞬間、なんておしゃれなホテルなんだ！と。場所もいいし、夜行で朝に着いたのに、すぐに部屋を用意してくれるし、過ごしやすい！観光で出ちゃうのもったいないなぁ、と思ってたら、なんと転んで骨折をしてしまい、人生初の骨折に絶望してたら、フロントの女性が夜遅いにも関わらず緊急病院を探して、一緒に行ってくれました。本当に心強く、また親切に接していただき、有り難かったです（お金も立て替えてくれていた。そして、チェックアウト時に精算。ちなみに保険なしで7000円ほどでした）。翌日のスタッフもクスリを買って来てくれたり、航空会社に電話してくれたり、全員が親切でした。最後の一日をホテルで過ごすことになったのですが、改めて見るとバリアフリーで快適でした！！！このホテルだったから、異国で観光もせず閉じこもっていても、心折れずに過ごせたと思います。宿泊費的にも朝食はすごい美味しいし（ここで、ウクライナ料理を食べられたし）本当におすすめです！！！！」
