「Our Lodge was lovely and clean, our breakfast was delicious and both days the girls on reception/ taking orders were extremely nice and very good. 」

「Lovely big and clean room. Mini fridge had cold water and some milk to use with the Nespresso machine. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The welcome and ambience were excellent. The food was superb. The view was outstanding. I wholly recommend staying and dining here.」

Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast! 「Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food. 「Lots of space to park. Room spotless and warm. Good en-suite. Studio with catering facilities. Fish and chips well cooked and tasty. We stayed out of season it may be very different during high season. 」

「First time at this hotel, staying for one night. A quick visit to Tiverton on the way home from a few days in Bideford to see the Grand Western Canal and assess the potential for a future longer visit. Overall, facilities, food and staff excellent, decor a little tired. Free parking on site a major advantage. Room comfortable, but no USB ports provided to charge phones etc. However, will definitely consider coming back at a later date. 」
