「Shower was great (if small) and the homemade shortbread was a nice little touch my son enjoyed as part of his breakfast.
The breakfasts were also really good. They were very flexible on items on the full English and the ingredients were good quality with proper sausages, thick bacon and thick slices of good bread.
The two women working there were great and the service was excellent though. They told another guest they only took it on last year and are doing it up but they need to either do it...

「Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). 「Overall nit too bad. Car parking was an issue and we had booked a table for two for my husband's birthday dinner and they committed to tell us they had a full house with a quiz on that evening. We had to get elsewhere. The owner was not very accommodating at all.」

「Enjoyable stay at what is perhaps best described as a fantastic restaurant with rooms. The restaurant overlooks the water and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. However our room was landside, with only a view of Irsha Street. Although small, the room and facilities were excellent. Fresh milk in the fridge is always much appreciated by us tea drinkers.」

「Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage - wir hatten die Familiensuite und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Zimmer war sehr groß , liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte sogar Blink aufs Meer - der Check-In war super einfach und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit - wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen gern wieder」
