We got the premium room with the the private onsen, the check in process was very nice, they sat us down, provided us with drinks and had us fill out forms in the lobby. The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. A clean, modern studio apartment about a 10 minute walk to the train station and restaurants as well as the Salmon Aquarium where there is a nice market. There is also a Seicomart across the street and 7-11 about 5 minutes further. Assigned parking in front if driving. Checking in was easy and secure. Support was very attentive to answering my pesky questions when needed. There is a house manual of instructions. However, it was missing a few details such as how to operate the door cam/ringer....
