「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「Room and bathroom are clean, though found hair on one of the hand towel and the lock feels like about to come off of the door. The keyless entry was really nice, staff came over even though it’s after 8pm already, made it really easy for us to check in. Curtains shut properly and the beds were really comfortable. One thing about the heating fireplace, the fire panel was really bright for night to sleep. Overall we would return next time if we come to Long Beach. 」

「Because of the busy season, the room wasn’t ready around 6:00. However, staff were really trying hard. But I wanted to have some rest so it was disappointing. 」

「Stains on carpets and chairs and in the shower. The pictures are all misleading. Nothing looked as nice as the pictures! Tarps on the roof. Caution tape around half of the building. We ended up not staying we were so uncomfortable. 」

「I had stayed twice at this hotel and I’ve been more than comfortable here the location is amazing and the view is great I would definitely stay here in the future when I’m in the area」

「Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home.」

「Pros: friendly staff (fresh baked cookies are best), breakfast included, pet friendly, kids approved pool and hot tub, free rental bikes, play area for the small kids, close to the beach, EV charger but be careful it charges higher than Tesla super chargers. Cons: why I gave 4 stars- room is small for the family of 4 with the dog- feels even smaller. Can barely move around the room. The bed is not comfortable at all- woke up with achy back. And the microwave doesn’t heat that well and...

「We loved this place! It's very cute and nicely decorated, easy to find, great parking and loved that they have printer codes for restaurants in town. It's is a very nice clean facility, the only issue (if can even call it that) was that the water pressure was a bit weak in the bathroom but that was about it. We are planning to go back during summer because we absolutely loved this place !!」

「Great place to spend a getaway weekend in late winter. We went clam digging and explored the local area and beaches. Wind in the evening in the pool and hot tub. This was just what we needed. 」
