Enjoy a prime location in the quiet Oyster Bay Community with this coastal-style home features a private boat dock. You can easily launch your boat at the community’s private ramp just around the corner or spend your day crabbing from the dock or the bulkheaded shoreline.

The large screened porch is perfect for gatherings with family and friends, while the spacious living room, complete with a cathedral ceiling, full kitchen, and dining area, provides a comfortable and open space for indoor relaxation.

This one-story home consists of four bedrooms: three with queen beds and one with a full bed. There is a shared full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as another full bathroom with a shower serving the bedrooms. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the fourth bedroom.

After a day spent on the water or at the beach, you can rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, which features both hot and cold water.

Had a fantastic time staying here! Peaceful neighborhood with direct access to a canal- wish I brought my kayak as bigger water was less than 500 yards away. House was large enough for 8 adults, clean and stocked with everything we needed. They even had a Webber kettle grill which was not listed in the amenities. Everything was within a 10 minute drive and we used the beach and several parks each day we were there. If you want a laid back, unwind from the rat race type vacation this is the spot for you. We will be back again next year.

Everything Was Perfect

This well organized home had everything you will need and more. The comfortable and spacious home was clean, orderly , and right out of a magazine. The host was responsive and available to answer questions. You could ask for nothing more.

Family review

The house was clean and shacious. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch and hot showers! The check in was a little hard to understand but what I received. The beds were not comfortable at all though.
