"we stayed at Casa Ute the 3rd week of April. It is an amazing property with beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and an adjoining resort that let us enjoy their facilities. Picking up the keys at the caretaker, was a hassle in that the directions were hard to follow at the end of a long travel day. The key there is to mention Casa Ute to the resort, then they will know what you mean! the Caretaker's house is on the road before you get to the actual resort, not far from the main road on the left. hope this helps! The ACs were in the bedroom and worked great except one night the AC in the master was making loud noises, I turned it off and it stopped soon after. Worked fine after that. The floor in the bathroom was quite wet when we got there, but it was just condensation and not leaking, so a towel (there were plenty) took care of it. The place is quaint, and exactly what we were looking for!"

"I was pleasantly surprised, the photos online were pretty but once we got there the views were breathtaking. We took so many pictures of the volcano and the lake but still could not capture the beauty this location offers. The rooms and property were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite part was coming back to our room to find a new animal crafted with towels everyday, we were there for 8 days, I thought they'd run out of ways to fold the towels but they didn't. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to everyone working at Hotel Linda Vista for making my stay so pleasant."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! The property is Close enough to everything yet tucked away from the main road traffic. I would absolutely recommend Jungalo, You won’t be disappointed!! "

"Property and amenities were pretty good: full service restaurant although with limited options. Activities on site were good (chocolate making / dairy work / rainforest walk). Sloths on the grounds, so many birds and butterflies. Pool area was nice but could've been cleaner (old drinks glasses weren't cleaned up, pool water quite dirty, tiles missing) Our room was the Earth House and it was fine although could benefit from the floor being redone and the bathroom could've been nicer. I would say overall 7/10 for the room, 9/10 for food quality, 7/10 for food choice, 10/10 for the staff. Big love to Elli in the restaurant and to the owners who we were happy to meet!"

"The lodge may not look luxurious but the staff make sure you feel like it is. Insuring all your needs are met. The staff were amazing, first class! All meals were a beautiful presentation and they got to know you and then catered to your tastes. He mad my husband a fresh picante sauce. We loved the location. We were looking for some conveniences but preferred a non touristy place. It was perfect for the type of trip we wanted. The sounds of the rainforest surrounds the lodge. We thought it was beautiful!
