I didn't drive. Was close to public transit. Had construction going on in front of hotel, but wasn't given prior warning. Made getting in & out difficult. Came to check in & system was down, leading to a delay in getting our rooms.

The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG
I was not even able to stay at the hotel, once I got there they canceled my room. Saying that they charged the card on file but since it was denied they canceled. I have always paid at the location this was the location that did this. Very disappointing.
