We had a great time at this property! It was very clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our leadership retreat. It is a little far from Downtown Chicago, so just be aware. But it is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, we will definitely book again if we're ever back in Chicago!

Reunion Trip

This property was wonderful! Fit three families of four comfortably and pictures are accurate. Lovely neighborhood with parks nearby, but very limited street parking if you have more than two cars. Would definitely stay again!

This house had many wonderful qualities and we were comfortable in terms of the space. The only reason it is not a five star rating is that there were a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed attention and some deep cleaning of carpets where it has been stained. It is such a lovely house and neighborhood, it just is in need of a little TLC to get it back to a 5 star rating.

Excellent Experience

Our family had an excellent experience staying at Habib’s property in Albany Park. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quite nice and quiet. We would stay there again.

Family housing for a Family Wedding

Our group of 6 adults and three kids ages 4 and under were in town for other son’s wedding. The location was very convenient and the property was perfectly suited for our group. A completely positive experience. As on street parking can be limited at times, the two car garage was a terrific benefit!!!

Great house, but did not live up to expectations.

The house is pretty nice and the neighborhood is cool. But there were a series of issues that dampened our experience: -The property is listed as accommodating 14 guests, which we had. But there were only 12 towels (which are rather small), and there was no additional bedding for the guests that could not fit in the beds -The backyard, which we were very excited to spend time and play in, hasn't been mowed in over a year. The weeds were three feet tall and there was no mower/trimmer on-site. I informed Habib of this, and he promised that someone would arrive the second morning to take care of this. 4 days later we checked out and no one ever came -We received a noise complaint with two people talking quietly outside, so realistically to follow the quiet time rules with the building's decibel sensor, you can't be outside at all after 10 PM All in all, had a great weekend. But the property did not live up to expectations, and I'm very disappointed that the owner did not address the yard as I was promised he would.

Loved this house!

We are a group of moms and daughters on a dance trip. The house is so cute, in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 20 minutes from ORD airport and from downtown. A cute coffee shop is in walking distance. Habib was a wonderful host. He answered questions quickly and checked in often. We definitely would recommend this house.

Amazing stay in beautiful and spacious brand new property! Hosts were great - we will be back!!

This stay was great from the get-go! Excellent communication, even in the night, questions were promptly answered! Pictures don't do the house justice - brand new property. Place was impeccable and clean and the decor was very inviting. Location was great - close to Airport and quick Uber downtown. They ensured everything was easy and smooth and made our little trip so much more enjoyable! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We look forward to using you for future stays!
