Great city place

This unit served our family of five well for a few days get away in the city. The hot water went out while we were there but the owner communicated and responded timely. It was a bit dusty, as if it hadn't been occupied in some time, but otherwise it was fine. Can't beat the location and Old Town is awesome.

Great house and location

We stayed for a weekend with our grown children and their significant others and this was a perfect set up and location. The rooms are really big and the house is in walking distance of so many great restaurants and bars. We will be back!

Perfect girls trip getaway!

LOVED staying here -- place is large and so cute -- exactly like the photos. We were so comfortable lounging on the huge sofa yet still had plenty of room to have our own space in the large bedrooms and big kitchen. Our host was extremely responsive and had lots of great recommendations. Location was perfect with tons of places to eat, grab coffee and have a drink nearby.

This is your place!

This place is amazing! Plenty of space for our group of four friends to hang out together plus have our own space. The kitchen is big and fully stocked, lots of living room space to hang out in - just a winning rental. I highly recommend!!

Great property and great host!

This was a great location for our family to gather over the holidays. Sarah, the host, communicated all of the checkin details very clearly, and was always quick to respond. The property was clean and well equipped throughout. The location was also great - plenty of restaurants within just a few blocks, and only about a mile from Michigan Ave! We will gladly stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful, clean and updated apartment! Stayed with 4 girlfriends - the 3 bathrooms were a great plus and also has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Great spot for families

The location in Old Town provides numerous options for activities close by. The unit was great for families. We had enough separation to give folks some privacy. But plenty of space for kids to play. The unit was well stocked with cribs, air mattresses, toys, to accommodate various ages.

Cute neighborhood! Great people watching

Quiet, fun place to stay. The apartment was clean, and exactly what we were looking for. Didn't see a single neighbor during our stay. There are a lot of stairs, just in case you overpack and have a gigantic suitcase. The beds were comfortable. One of the queen bedrooms does not have exterior windows, there's a window above the door, but that just made it the quietest room in the place. Very cute, we'll be back!

6 adults. Property itself and location excellent and as advertised. Very good condition and furnishings very nice. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common space and nicely appointed with anything we needed. Communication from host excellent. Lots of stairs to get to this apartment on 3rd floor which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for a younger family or older people. Thermostat was a little more complicated than we were used to so some further direction on operating that would be helpful. On a main street so some noise at night in front bedrooms that might bother some. Overall excellent, would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Great Old Town Stay

Our family was in town for a wedding. As we had an infant and a few family members we felt we needed more space than a hotel room. This property certainly fulfilled the need. It’s a beautiful property, lots of space, very comfortable. Very clean. I would say the only concern we had was the stairs. Lots of stairs being in the 3rd floor. Probably to be expected in the city but for anyone with those concerns it should be noted. Communication with owner is amazing, couldn’t ask for better assistance or response. The area has everything, very safe. Having parking right next door was also very helpful. We loved the city especially this time of year, the holidays.

Great spot!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. We like everything about it. Clean property, plenty of room, cool outlooks from the windows, all the amenities. And the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, well located to other parts of town. And even a very convenient parking space. Highly recommend it. Lastly, the property manager is very responsive and friendly and helpful.
