This was my second time staying. I love this place. Perfect location, pretty clean for how old, amazing staff. My ONLY complaint is that the beds are hard as a rock. Pillows are nice though. Will stay again but will bring a small mattress topper.

Hotel Riu Plaza Chicago
Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer.
