The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store. Very nice hotel. Restaurant Origine was exceptional. Property conveniently located to public transport and shopping and restaurants. Limited English spoken by most hotel staff.

Great location and very nice for the cost

I stay at this hotel often and it’s a very nice business hotel. The only thing I wish they would change is the breakfast time. Right now, it’s only open for 2 hours. It would be much better if it were extended.

The stay and hotel staff were great and very helpful, only issue I had was the airport shuttle never showed up so I had to taxi to the airport. Only complaint I have really.

Rooms are large and clean with nice jacuzzi bath and shower. TV, video, fridge and massage chair are also included in room.

This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed. The staff were so accommodating and kind. They made me feel very appreciated which is what a successful business should always do. The place was great, they helped out as much as possible. The breakfast was amazing I fell in love with one of their juices and now I don’t want any other dumplings lol!! The place is in a good location if you are visiting near by areas, but it is a little ways from Tokyo. It is our fault that we couldn’t communicate well with them when there English employee wasn’t there, but will definitely visit again and hope to know more of the language!!
