"Great hotel, very helpful staff and awesome location. The only very minor issue I had was that the room was slightly dated, specially the bathroom. But the convenience, attentive staff, and proximity to Shinjuku station more than made up for it."

Tiny room, wrong configuration, and the hotel was so overcrowded we couldn’t even get breakfast. To top it off, we saw the same room available that night for nearly half the price. Extremely poor value! would not stay again!"
